I'm feeling lost, who are The Lost Lot?
If you're unsure where to go, whether that be in life or feeling lost in your career, it's important to realise; you're not alone. Feeling lost in your 20s and feeling lost in your 30s is completely normal. We're all searching for direction together. The Lost Lot provides actionable self-development content to help provide steps in the right direction.
The platform is an online community that offers its guidance and support through content, based on our own experiences through life. No experts, no pretending to be something we're not. Just real-life people, going through real-life challenges, and coming up with real-life techniques.
We must add that there are no mental health experts or medical professionals within the team. We're a combination of other young adults that have created their own tools and techniques to face challenges in life.
Contact the professionals below
We do however understand that every situation is unique to each individual and that some do require the input of a professional, who understands the deeper complexities of what you may be going through. Mental health is beginning to get the funding and attention it deserves, so there are numerous organisations which now exist to ensure that everyone has someone to speak to.
If you know that you require a greater level of support, please contact one of the professional teams below. They exist to help and will be able to provide you a greater level of guidance and expert support to get you towards where you want to be in life. It's so important to seek help and talk wherever you can. There are millions of other people like yourself looking for support, and taking that first step can be the most important for everyone.
